The carnival of the animals

Ballet for children aged 6+

King Lion invites to a dance and nobody wants to miss this unique event. So chickens, elephants, tortoises, a swan and many other animals come and celebrate a fun-filled animal carnival. Everybody is there, enjoying the passionate dancing and music. But how does an elephant actually dance?

The carnival of the animals is probably the most famous work by French composer Camille Saint-Saëns, who was already a legend during his lifetime. With its special charm and humour, the work has conquered the world’s concert halls and the hearts of listeners of all ages. This season, the members of Ballett Graz are conjuring up an imaginative ballet to this music, for all young people and those young at heart.

Age recommendation: 6+
