Edwards bereits an Bühnen wie das Landestheater Linz (Something Rotten!, Wonderland, Natascha, Pierre und der große Komet von 1812, Bühne und Co-Regie für Anastasia ), das Theatre Royal Haymarket (Tartuffe), das Minerva Theatre Chichester (Black Comedy), das Chichester Festival Theatre & Theatre on the Fly (Fred’s Diner), an das Pariser Théâtre du Vieux-Colombier (Après la Pluie), das Theater des Westens (Ku’damm 56, Bühne und Co-Regie für Romeo & Julia ), Bristol Old Vic (The Life and Times of Fanny Hill), WERK7 theater (Fack ju Göhte), die Pariser Comédie-Française (La Puce à l’oreille, La Maison de Bernarda Alba), das Hampstead Theatre (Dry Powder, Labyrinth, Donny’s Brain), Royal Court Theatre (Plaques and Tangles, Who Cares), zu den Thunerseespielen (Mary Poppins), Donmar Season der Trafalgar Studios (Les Parents Terribles) sowie mit Miss Saigon auf UK-Tour und an das Londoner West End, mit Jesus Christ Superstar nach Madrid und auf Europa-Tour, mit Backbeat an das West End, nach Toronto und Los Angeles, mit Blue Remembered Hills, Playhouse Creatures und Impossible an das West End und auf internationale Tour sowie mit Twelfth Night, The Taming of the Shrew, The Merchant of Venice, As You Like It, Pericles und Much Ado About Nothing an das Globe Theatre und auf internationale Tour.
Im Bereich Oper wirkte er u. a. bei den Bayreuther Festspielen (Die Meistersinger von Nürnberg), an der Santa Fe Opera (Il barbiere di Siviglia), der Pariser Opéra-Comique (Madame Favart), beim Grange Festival (La Cenerentola) sowie Opera Holland Park (The Cunning Little Vixen, La Bohéme).
An der Oper Graz zeichnet er 2026/27 für das Bühnenbild der Uraufführung von Iiro Rantalas Perfect Match verantwortlich.
